Radford Place~ A Couples Retreat

We fully renovated the all wood cabin- just finishing up in Feb. 2025. We wanted to capture the natural beauty of the charming wood but with an elevated design that captures both modern elements and retro vibes crafting an inviting space for the perfect COUPLES getaway. We want you to feel at home. We welcome you to Radford Place- a tranquil cabin in the Smoky Mountains.

*MAIN FLOOR- Enjoy the open floor plan with large picture frame windows & vaulted ceilings.

*The KITCHEN offers all brand new amenities & appliances, kitchen sink & faucet, cookware, plates, forks/knives, cutting boards, wine glasses, champagne glasses, mule mugs, thermal coffee cups, chef knives, bamboo skewers, chopsticks, grilling utensils, etc. You name it and it is all NEW! This fully stocked kitchen also offers a prep island where you can prepare your foods while enjoying the mountain views.

*The DINING SPACE offers a round table with 4 club style dining chairs that is open to the kitchen and living space. Sit for hours enjoying each other's while listening to music on the record player.

*The LIVING SPACE has been furnished with a high performance fabric linen sectional, round tiered coffee table, Roku TV, and console table. Turn on the electric fireplace and relax.

*The HALF POWDER BATH is located off the living room featuring a charming aesthetic with new tile, floating farmhouse sink, plumbing fixtures, paint, etc.

*LOWER LEVEL- Come down the stairs located next to the front door to the inviting bedroom suite. The stairs are lined with battery operated candles to welcome you into the space. At the bottom of the stairs, you will find an arched top black iron storage cabinet.

*The BEDROOM SUITE features a performance fabric linen headboard, KING size bed, mattress pad, mattress cover, fresh linens, floating nightstands, wall sconces, a seating space with 2 club chairs & cocktail table, Roku TV, 6-drawer dresser, full-length mirror, luggage storage, closet with wood hangers, 2 custom Pottery Barn waffle knit robes, & laundry closet with a new washer & dryer.

*The BEDROOM BATHROOM is fully redesigned with all NEW tile, reconfigured HUGE walk-in shower with a handheld and rain head and glass shower door, 60" black soaking tube and floor mounted faucet w/handheld, dual vanity, and private toilet area. Lower deck access off the the bedroom suite.

*UPPER DECK- Retro Gas Grill, roll down privacy screens, Gas Fire Pit, 2 rocking chairs, 1 bar height table and stools, & string lights.

*LOWER DECK- Hot Tub, Barrel Sauna, space to enjoy yoga mats and/or couples massages, & string lights.
