Welcome to your home away from home—a spacious and thoughtfully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-story home just minutes from downtown Apex and convenient to I-540. Unlike typical rentals, this is our part-time residence, so you’ll enjoy comfortable, high-quality furnishings rather than standard box-store pieces.

As you enter, you’re welcomed into a cozy living room featuring a gas fireplace and a large smart TV with Roku, perfect for streaming your favorite shows. The dining area, located between the living room and kitchen, offers a welcoming space for family meals or gatherings.

Beyond the dining space, the fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed to cook and dine in, along with a 4-person breakfast table for casual meals. Just off the kitchen, step into a private, fully fenced backyard, ideal for pets, children, or simply relaxing outdoors.

Down the main hallway, the first room you'll find is the primary suite—a king bedroom with a large TV, a dual-vanity en-suite bathroom, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

Continuing down the hall:

The laundry area with washer and dryer is conveniently located on the right.

A queen bedroom with a closet, TV, and ample storage sits on the left.

At the end of the hall is the office/bonus room, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a variety of kid-friendly amenities, including a pack-and-play, books, games, stroller, and a bouncy seat.

A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also located at the end of the hallway, serving the secondary bedrooms and guests.

Each bedroom features a TV, closet, and plenty of clothing storage, making it ideal for longer stays or families.

Out front, enjoy the covered front porch with benches and chairs, perfect for sipping coffee or relaxing in the evening.

This home is both kid-friendly and pet-friendly, with amenities designed to make traveling with little ones easier and more enjoyable. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street, it’s peaceful yet walkable—perfect for morning strolls or unwinding after a day in town.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
